Business FAQs
Deadline to apply: April 10
How can I join as a partner business?
Simply fill out this form! We ask for a few details like contact info & address and then information about the item(s) you hope to include in your neighbourhood’s bag. As we are generously supported by multiple neighbourhood BIAs, we are only able to partner with businesses that have storefronts in those neighbourhoods. For the upcoming Mother's Day celebration, we are working with the following: Bloorcourt, Bloordale, College Promenade, Midtown Yonge, Ossington, Queen St, Riverside, and Oakwood. If you don’t see your neighbourhood listed, feel free to put us in touch with the folks at your BIA!
What items should I include in the bag?
We ask that you keep a few things in mind when picking items to include in your neighbourhood’s bag:
- Ideally, it is a non-perishable good. On occasion, we include perishable goods, but they should be shelf-stable for 2-3 days.
- If it is a food item, all ingredients are listed on the packaging.
- We strive to include locally made items & ones that are unique to your particular store.
When will I receive orders?
We send orders on Mondays & Tuesdays each week and then schedule pickups for Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. You will receive orders via email.
How will I be paid?
We prefer to pay via e-transfer or using a credit card link online. If you require in-store payment, let us know and we’ll arrange it during pickup.
I have a question that wasn’t answered here!
